  • How do I place an order on Eva Alexander?

    Eva Alexander wants to make your shopping experience as easy as possible.  To place an order online, please select the item(s) you wish to purchase in the size and colour of your choice by clicking on the relevant boxes and add the item(s) to your shopping bag.

    You may also call our customer service team Monday thru Friday 9am - 6pm at +44 (0)208 348 4155 to place your order with EVA-ALEXANDER.COM.

    After placing an order on EVA-ALEXANDER.COM you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received the details of your order.   Eva Alexander will confirm the order by sending you an email that confirms that the maternity wear has been shipped to you.  Please note that for inventory purposes each item purchased constitutes an individual order.  Whenever possible we will consolidate multiple orders into one shipment.

  • What types of payment are accepted by Eva Alexander?

    Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Switch.  Please note that all transactions are in Pound Sterling (£).  Your card will only be charged upon shipment of your order.

    Eva Alexander will deliver your maternity wear throughout the UK, Europe, the US, and other selected countries.  For your convenience Eva Alexander has provided you with a list of the countries that we will deliver to including applicable delivery fees.

    Customs or import duties are charged once your package(s) reaches the country of destination.  These charges are paid by the recipient of the package(s).  Eva Alexander does not have control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost may be since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.  For further details about customs and/or import duties please contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order.

  • Will my order be fulfilled in single or multiple shipments?

    If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, Eva Alexander will make every effort to send all available items together.  If Eva Alexander is unable to fulfill your order in one shipment, we may send them to you in separate packages to complete your order.  Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the delivery fee will only apply to the first package shipped.  There are no additional delivery fees for subsequent shipments for the same order.  We will send you an email informing you of the status of your order.

  • What is Eva Alexander's return policy?

    At Eva Alexander we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.  We also know that it can be difficult to determine your size during the earlier stages of pregnancy.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.  At Eva Alexander we offer a flexible returns policy at Eva Alexander to ensure that you enjoy the quality garments you are purchasing.

    Eva Alexander will accept your return or exchange of unwashed, unworn, maternity wear that is in resalable condition with all tags attached.   Please send the return or exchange item(s) by mail within 21 days of the date of purchase accompanied by our Return and Exchange Form and Proof of Purchase.

    Eva Alexander will either refund the original credit/debit card used for the purchase within 30 days of receipt of the returned items for the price paid or process your requested maternity wear exchange.  Please note that maternity wear is returned to Eva Alexander at your own expense.  Eva Alexander will pay delivery on your first exchange (sent via Standard Delivery), however, subsequent exchanges will be charged at the standard delivery rate.

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

    To return or exchange your Eva Alexander maternity wear please fill out the Return and Exchange Form packaged with your receipt and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.  Be sure to indicate whether you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, colour or item.  For your convenience we have provided a pre-addressed return label.  If your items were packaged in one of our shopping bags please keep it for your personal use.

    Please follow the below instructions to package your return or exchange and mail it back to us:   

    1. On the Return and Exchange Form, indicate the item(s) to be returned or exchanged.  Please help us improve our service by providing the main reason for the return or exchange on the Form along with any other helpful comments you may have.

    2. For exchanges, please fill out the "Exchange Details" section of the Form, including the product information for each new item. Please also call +44 (0)208 348 4155 to arrange for the exchange of your new item(s).

    3. Carefully pack and seal your item(s) in the original packaging with tags attached, and include the completed Return and Exchange Form and proof of purchase.

    4. Affix the self-addressed return label to your package.  Cover or remove the original shipping label.  Please make sure that no other tracking labels are showing.

    5. Ship to the following address:

    6. We recommend that you send your package to EvaAlexander using a tracked or registered mail carrier service to ensure our receipt of your return.  Eva Alexander cannot accept liability for the loss or damage to return items while in transit.

    At Eva Alexander all of our orders are sent beautifully packaged as a gift to you or someone special.  If you would like a gift message sent with your order please make sure to click on the gift wrap section when you check out and we will send a handwritten gift card with your order compliments of Eva Alexander.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    To check the status of your order please log on to your My Account page and you will find the details of each of your orders posted for your convenience.  If your order was sent Next Day Special Delivery your delivery notice email should include the tracking number for you to reference.
